Feldkirchen

The Aenova site in Feldkirchen has special expertise in the development, production and packaging of semisolid dosage forms.

As a Competence Center for Semisolids, the Feldkirchen site is specialized in the manufacturing and packaging of creams, ointments and gels in different types of tubes and offers a total annual capacity of around 50 million tubes.

Fully automated high-speed tubes packaging equipment allows for packing many different tube formats and sizes efficiently, from plastic/ to aluminium.

Site capabilities include the following:

- Semi-solids formulation development

- Manufacturing of semi-solids

- Tube packaging including serialization, Bollini stickering option, bundle serialization, and aggregation up to pallet level
