The application process at Aenova
You submit your application for the desired position through our job portal. If you use our job portal for the very first time, you will have to register first. You can access your account at any time after registration.
Your application will be reviewed by us immediately. If your profile meets the job requirements, we will contact you for a first interview, which is usually done by phone.
If the first interview has been successful, depending on the position, we will arrange one or more interviews, e.g. with your future supervisor, team members, or other specialists. These interviews can take place as a video calls, as telephone interviews, or face-to-face at one of our sites.
If you and we are convinced that we want to work together in future, we will submit you our employment offer.
As soon as we receive your signed contract, the HR team will initiate the necessary pre- and onboarding processes to ensure you a successful start on your first working day.

Since the emergence of COVID-19, we have been concerned to keep the risk of infection for our applicants and interview partners as low as possible. For this reason, we currently conduct interviews by telephone, or using appropriate electronic media, whenever possible. Pre- and onboarding visits to our sites are currently reduced to an absolute minimum.
