Business Unit Controller Semi-Solids (f/m/d)

What can you expect?

An exciting opportunity to drive process and performance improvements across your assigned Business Unit.

• Further enhancement and harmonization of processes and systems as a member of the Corporate Controlling team
• Comprehensive FP&A responsibility for the BU
• Act as a sparring partner for the BU manager and his/her team and take responsibility for the development of the respective business unit.
• Benchmarking and identification of potential synergies along the full value chain within the BU and beyond
• Technical coordination of the controlling activities of the BU with the other divisions as well as the management of projects in the BU
• Implementation and tracking of improvement project, coaching of the respective counterparts in the BU

What should you bring?

• Successfully completed business administration or engineering degree
• 5-8 years of professional experience in operational controlling in comparably complex corporate structures
• Experience in international business unit management (operational & strategic/conceptual), experience in communication and presentation to senior management
• Sound accounting (process) knowledge and track record in the implementation of best-in-class controlling tools
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other European languages are a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Assertiveness paired with diplomatic skills
• Strong team spirit, communication, and organizational skills
