New Managing Director for Aenova’s Sterile Technologies Competence Center in Latina

Since June 3rd, 2026, Lucio Pascale has been serving as Managing Director of Aenova’s Latina site, the Group’s competence center for sterile technologies.

Lucio Pascale holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and brings more than 20 years of experience in the international pharmaceutical industry. He has held leadership positions at renowned companies such as Bristol Myers Squibb, Catalent Pharma Solutions and Novo Nordisk, primarily in the field of sterile injectables manufacturing. His background in complex, highly regulated environments and large-scale operations is a strong asset for Aenova.

As Managing Director, Lucio Pascale will focus on further strengthening Latina’s role as a leading competence center for sterile technologies within the Aenova network. His key priorities include enhancing quality, compliance and operational excellence, driving capacity expansion and efficiency improvements, and supporting customer needs through reliable, flexible and scalable sterile manufacturing solutions.

With Lucio’s leadership, the Latina site will continue to play a central role in Aenova’s strategic growth in the area of sterile technologies and contribute to the secure supply of high-quality medicines for our global customers.
