Your key responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Expert to join our corporate controlling team. In this role, you will be responsible for building Power BI reports and dashboards, integrating financial and group-wide data, and helping deliver actionable insights to drive business decisions. You will also be instrumental in establishing self-service reporting systems for KPIs and leveraging data for planning and budgeting purposes. You will work closely with various departments, designing data interfaces to corporate databases like SAP, Lucanet, and CRM systems.
Develop comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards to transform raw data into meaningful insights
Integrate financial, commercial, and operational data from various corporate databases (e.g., SAP, Lucanet, CRM) into Power BI for centralized analysis
Establish a self-service reporting system for monthly financial, commercial, and operational KPIs to empower teams across the organization
Design interactive dashboards and advanced analytics tools tailored to business needs, helping visualize complex data
Apply data modeling techniques to ensure data is accurately structured and easily accessible
Maintain and improve data accuracy, consistency, and security within the reporting system
Leverage Generative AI capabilities to enhance data processing, analysis, and automation in Power BI
Support the integration of Power BI with planning and budgeting functions to provide real-time insights and forecasts
Your profile
Degree in Data Science, IT, Business Informatics, Finance or a related field
Proficiency in Power BI, with a strong ability to create reports, dashboards, and data interfaces
Solid understanding of data analytics data modeling techniques
Strong command of SQL for querying and managing relational databases
Experience with SAP, Lucanet, CRM systems, or similar is highly preferred
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions
Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with various departments to achieve common goals
Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of German is a plus
