Vice President Operations (f/m/d)

for a cluster of 6 to 8 Aenova-sites (national & international)

What can you expect?

• This role is responsible for the site P&Ls, compliance, quality an administration of the business
• The VP has complete operating responsibility for the site and must also establish and foster an environment of continuous improvement with an emphasis on maintaining both a positive, energetic and safe workplace while providing a high-level of customer satisfaction
• Quality and regulatory compliance and excellence are paramount and the site must achieve outstanding performance for packaging timelines and on-time delivery of clinical shipments
• Operational Excellence is expected and must be driven
• The VP demonstrates a high level of leadership, vision and business acumen within the organization
• The key to thos role is being able to function as a leader in a matrix organization
• The VP will be expected to grow the business and to achieve desired performance with a high degree of variety and variability in products and services while managing costs to achieve financial targets
• The VP must achieve functional excellence with partners while maintaining a sharp focus on the client and the business

What should you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field
• Pharmaceutical background
• 5-10 years supervisory experience in operations or related field
• Multi-team management experience
• Previous P&L responsibility preferred
