Your key responsibilities

This is a maternity cover - 12 month fixed term contract.

• Request and negotiate supplier offers.
• Producing supplier orders in EAMS.
• Producing and sending orders in SAP/ARIBA.
• Supporting the management regarding supply issues.
• Identifying and suggesting the implementation of projects for new components or suppliers.
• Aligning with global procurement about common actions on cost saving and supply issues resolutions.
• Master data management for suppliers and components.
• Data analytics for spending by supplier, type of purchase & department.

Your profile

• Degree in Economics (or management engineering, which is considered a plus).
• At least 2 years of experience in Procurement (pharmaceutical industry is a plus).
• Experience with the use of MRP/ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Knowledge of data analysis with Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Time management skill and aptitude to respect deadlines.
• Continuous improvement and change oriented.
• Aptitude to work in a complex environment being flexible towards people and situations.
