Your key responsibilities
Responsible for the evaluation of new business opportunities for Aenova and site assignment
Ensuring a solid and strong proposal process capable of supporting both the existing business and winning additional business from new clients
Review Request for Proposal (RFP) and Technical Assessment Questionnaire (TAQ) information to ensure adequate information has been received to be able to prepare project scope and costing and to liaise with operational and sales teams as appropriate
Initiate proposal activities in the identified site
Participate in client discussions in order to confirm the technical aspects of projects are understood and costed appropriately, follow-up as required
Take responsibility for the production of technical information and costings and to ensure that the appropriate proposal review and authorization has been made from site senior management
Partnering with Sales and Operations, in order to win new business from clients when introduced by the Business Development and Key Account teams
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in science, business administration or other related field
Advanced scientific degree and / or Masters of business administration / commercially orientated degree is advantageous but not essential
2+ years of relevant leadership experience in proposal generation, Business Development or Project Management
Understanding of sterile and oral solid-dose manufacturing is a plus, experience in the contract pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Strong organisational abilities, dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active approach to taking on challenging assignments
Strong project ownership ethic with a “can do” attitude
Ability to work within and deliver critical timelines
Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, and the self-confidence to use these skills to convince others to buy-into proposals and plans
