CRM & Process Development Expert (f/m/d)

What can you expect?

• Own, manage and design the evolution of the CRM system to meet business needs
• Lead the development and implementation of efficient and effective CRM processes to ensure seamless customer interactions and data management
• Develop and implement training programs for Sales, Business Management and Customer Service teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to effectively use the CRM system
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure CRM system and processes integrate with other business systems and processes
• Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure CRM system and processes are aligned with business goals
• Build and manage dashboards within the system to track and monitor relevant KPI’s
• Own data maintenance and clean up

What should you bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM and process development roles, preferably in a management capacity
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes and technologies as well as customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience
• Experience with CRM system implementation, customization, and integration
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
