What can you expect?

  • Develop and deliver KPI´s, reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance to Sales leadership (e.g. closed loop tracking and reporting)
  • Develop implement and maintain sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Controlling team) to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with business objectives and goals
  • Monitor and maintain data quality and accuracy to ensure that all sales data is reliable and actionable
  • Identify and resolve issues related to sales data, reporting and analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., continuous improvement- and lifecycle measures)
  • Own sales specific systems and tools like PowerBI, ERP and CRM data

What should you bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in sales performance tracking, analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikView
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM and PowerBI systems
  • Knowledge of sales processes, methodologies and best practices
