What can you expect?

• Optimization of QC Processes in and between departments at site and within Aenova Group
• Initiation and coordination of groupwide outsourcing projects
• Support harmonization of site procedures and global standards through guidelines
• Enabling global QC operations and QC KPI monitoring.
• Harmonization of external analytics and negotiations of master agreements (umbrella)
• Quality Key Contact for quality control related issues
• Reporting of QC KPI
• Development, Organization and Implementation of strategic groupwide QC-projects
• Continuation Implementation of LIMS and further roll-out

What should you bring?

• Successfully completed degree in natural sciences or pharmaceutics, ideally with doctorate
• Several years of professional experience in quality management in the pharmaceutical industry
• Leadership experience desirable
• Knowledge of software applications and training management
• Sound cGMP and MS Office knowledge
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• Proactive, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Personally, you are characterized by a high degree of reliability and responsibility as well as communication skills and a high team orientation
• Fluent German and English skills
