Your key responsibilities

• Foster a culture of continuous learning with impactful development initiatives at our two Italian sites Latina and Carugate
• Constantly adjust the people development strategy and succession plan according to the site transformation and evolution
• Develop and deliver a learning portfolio for personal, team and leadership growth, also through assessment tools
• Implement key talent and leadership processes such as annual performance review, employee survey and leadership programs
• Lead local projects for corporate initiatives on leadership culture and talent development
• Moderate workshops and design and conduct training sessions
• Work closely with the Corporate HR Development team in Germany

Your profile

• Degree in business, HRM, organizational psychology, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Talent, Learning and Organizational Development functions
• Mandatory: native Italian speaking, fluent in English, both written and spoken (essential for communication with headquarters in Germany)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ideally an additional qualification as a business coach or trainer
• High emotional intelligence with strong communication and negotiation abilities at all levels
• Demonstrated success in achieving meaningful outcomes in a pragmatic and solution-oriented way
• Independent, analytical and structured with a strong creative drive and initiative
• Effective team player, able to work virtually and across diverse cultures
• Willingness to travel between the Italian sites as well as occasional trips to the headquarters in Starnberg, Southern Germany
